Abney of Holland, passed away at the family residence Tuesday night following a short illness. She was 45. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Holland Methodist Church with the Rev. Marvin Nblines officiating. Interment was at Mt. Mrs. Abney is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. E. E. Goggans, Miss Betty Lee Abney, both of Holland; one grandchild, Melba J. Goggans; two brothers, Luther Blackwell, Holland; Arthur Blackwell, St. Louis; and one sister, Mrs. Carl Fruitt of Rector, Ark.
