    William "Ott" Garrett, 75 of Sulphur Rock, died Thursday, May 22, 2008 at his residence. He was born on June 13, 1932 in Jamestown, Arkansas to Grover and Celia Wackerly Garrett. 

    He is preceded in death by his parents, two sons, four brothers, and one sister. 

    Survivors include his wife Katherine of Sulphur Rock; two sons, Rick Garrett of Southside and Elvis Garrett of Southside; two daughters Cynthia Tignor of Charlotte and Judy Fraser of Desha; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. 

    Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Wackerly Cemetery in Jamestown, AR . 

    Visitation is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday at Willis Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville.
