    • Obituary: 2022; Freda Mae Hill Hepler, 94 of Thomasville passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Hinkle Hospice Home in Lexington. Freda was born January 12, 1928 in Davidson County to the late Corbett Hill and Vellie Lambeth Hill. She attended the local Church of God. Freda worked many years in the furniture industry at Thomasville Furniture. She was loving and faithful sister, aunt and friend to many, she will be greatly missed. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bill Hepler; five brothers, Fred Hill, J.C. Hill, Roy Hill, Troy Hill, and Willie Hill. Surviving is her one sister; many beloved nieces and nephews; special friends, Patsy & Dee. A funeral service will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 at 11:00AM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Bynum Orr officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service at the funeral home from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM.

Ruby was born September 5, 1932 in Davidson County to the late Corbett Hill and Vellie Lambeth Hill. Ruby worked many years at PPG Industries. She was a member of Toms Creek Primitive Baptist Church. Ruby loved the Lord with all her heart and enjoyed reading her bible daily. She enjoyed working in the yard, gardening, keeping up with current events, but most of all spending time with her beloved family. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her son, James Edward "Eddie" Wilson; one sister, Freda Mae Hill Hepler; five brothers, Fred Hill, J.C. Hill, Roy Hill, Troy Hill, and Willie Hill; and one grandson, Trevor Wilson. Surviving is her loving son and his wife; one daughter; six grandchildren; and many beloved great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Friday, November 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville with Rev. Bynum Orr officiating. Interment will follow at Toms Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Denton. The family will receive friends at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM.
